We are situated in Norton Fitzwarren near to the Somerset country town of Taunton, and between the Quantock and Blackdown hills both areas of outstanding natural beauty.

Peter originally started in 1963 working for Wigfalls, at the time one of the main dealers in radio, hi-fi and televisions. Peter learnt his trade in all three branches of the business, and became fully conversant of all aspects of the trade. He eventually left this company to start his own business in South Yorkshire running his own shop and TV rental business for three years before being struck down by a virulent illness. After a spell in hospital and convalescence he worked for a number of firms in the Doncaster and Thorne areas, Thorne being his home at the time. However with changes in technology he eventually moved to Sheffield, where again he worked for a variety of employers before again setting up his own business in that city.

The business was repairing televisions, but such has been the march of time and rapid changes in costs of repairs he then made the decision to move with a colleague to Lynton in North Devon where he undertook a variety of repairs to televisions and various electrical appliances.
After a number of years a number of circumstances eventually meant another move, and this time after much searching he came upon Taunton and environs. Working from home for a number of years he has changed from television repairs and subsequently computer repairs to restoring old radios and sales of radios, which it is hoped will give our customers much pleasure in hearing the sound of yesteryear.
